January to February
Following the Christmas break in January 2021, the interim BFC management committee prioritized the renewal of the club's annual CapeNature (CN) falconry permit.

March to April
On March 20, 2021, I met with the SAFA chairman regarding the SAFA website, as it was the 30th anniversary of SAFA.

May
On May 13, 2021, official criminal charges were laid against the implicated BFC member. This marked the beginning of a new and challenging chapter for the interim BFC management committee. We decided to consult our legal advisors before commenting on any information, inquiries, or events.

June
As the interim BFC management committee, we realized that we had to be honest about the club's problems in order to fix them. SAFA's position was concerning, and we knew that honesty was essential for finding a solution.

July to August
On August 14, 2021, SAFA circulated a position statement regarding the BFC's status as a SAFA member to all SAFA Exco members to comment on.

The BFC had its own 9/11 event. On September 11, 2021, SAFA terminated the BFC's SAFA membership.
