Bruce McClunan

Bruce, a naturalist by nature, his observations on animals and birds as reflected in his artwork, a unique awareness culminated in his love for flight.

Our journey from client to friend is a journey of exploration and sharing the uniqueness of the animal world. Just looking at his artwork and the display of muscle detail in each sculpture crafted reflects his observation of the reality of the structure of animals.

As a wedding gift, Bruce produced bronze eagle claws for my wife and me, which was unexpected, but that was Bruce.

One of Bruce's favourite paragliding spots was Piekenierskloof, where he shared an experience flying with black eagles and how he learnt not to follow them, as they have abilities that could get you in trouble.

Sadly, Bruce's love for paragliding cost his life, but he at least passed on while doing what he loved most.
